As I went down to the river....
One thing that I have come to find, is that no mater where you shoot, you can always do something different each time. As with my last shoot, a couple of friends of mine and I went down to our last location to try our hands at one or two levitation photos.
Ok I know what your thinking.. WOW!! Sooo cool! how did you do that... well my friend.. its what I like to call "Welcome to the wonderful world of helium!" haha. Ok... you got me.. there was no helium involved in this photo. Just a whole lot of creativity and Photoshop magic.
Besides the one or two levitation photos that we did do, we also played around with a few poses...Which brings me to my next point. I would like to say thank you to our wonderful models, whom without, we wouldn't have been able to shoot some awesome tree photos! Yes you heard me right.... after floating away, our models landed on a few tree limbs.... we couldn't help but click away. =)
Lastly we finished up by taking a few shots in the lake near by. Once again, our models were true heroes, in that even the cold water didn't stop them from jumping in. These last few shots were taken on a Mamiya RB67 loaded with HP5+ 400.
ok, as always, you can check out the rest of the photos below. And remember to keep checking back, I have a couple of film goodies that I will post in a day or two!!
