A blend of Passions

When it comes to like minded people, as everyone knows, they tend to flock together and for the most part these groups although separate within their own worlds they have the tendency to still blend into the masses.   But every now and then, a special type of group gathers, and just like, creativity happens and there no holding them back. That is what happened with my last shoot. Collaborating with another photographer, we combined both of our collection of cameras and with the help of our lovely model, were able to make that which we hold dear to our hearts come alive! And that my friends is our love of cameras and photography.

As you can tell the shoot was amazing. Our model was great and the creative flow that poured out from the group was just intoxicating!

For this concept, I decided to shoot on a wide range of cameras, mainly due to the fact that I had so many there, but in the end I choose one from each format, 35mm, medium format, and digital.

What I love about photography is that there is no cookie cut recipe into making a photograph. What is even more special is the fact that as anyone knows each camera, especially when shooting film, has a very distinctive and unique look. Add a talented photographer and the options are limitless!

In the end, I was excited with the results and challenge anyone to do the same. Take that which you love and just pure your heart and soul into it. Take your dreams and make them a reality!
